Finalists named for UW-La Crosse Athletic Director's Position

The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse has named its four finalists to be interviewed for the athletic director position, according to the search and screen committee.

The four finalists are Tyler Johnson, associate athletic director for business & internal affairs at The University of Tennessee; Glen Krupica, deputy director of athletics - external affairs at Northern Illinois University; Lori Runksmeier, director of athletics at New England College; and Josh Whitman, attorney for Covington & Burling LLP in Washington, D.C.

Ater 12 years serving as UW-L's Director of Intercollegiate Athletics. In April, Joe Baker accepted the position of athletic director at Carroll University in Waukesha. Baker was hired at La Crosse in 1998. Eagles athletic programs have won 83 WIAC titles and 25 national championships during Baker's tenure.
