The UW-Whitewater football team is in camp and will hit the practice field for the first time Sunday afternoon.
128 were expected to check-in Saturday morning at UW-Whitewater’s Student Athletic Complex.
Sunday’s itinerary includes physical testing, team meetings and the first practice session of preseason practice.
Monday’s schedule will include a morning practice session followed by Media Day and individual player and coaches photos at the SAC.
The Hawks first scrimmage is set for this coming Saturday with a morning dual practice and afternoon scrimmage vs. Harper College of Rockford, Illinois. The scrimmage will be held at Perkins Stadium.
