Despite Mike Emmendorfer's 37 & 72 career record in 11 years as head coach at UW-Platteville, the Pioneer's have won all 11 season openers under Emmendorfer. Platteville beat Buena Vista 15-10 in last year's opener. The Pioneers will travel to Storm Lake, Iowa for the 2010 opener vs. Buena Vista.
