By far the biggest question I have been asked over the past couple of weeks is: ”When do the Warhawks open training camp?”The answer is Saturday, August 13th.
Checking out my Facebook page I notice the excitement the players have for getting back to work.
Posts like; can’t wait, working to get ready, already to go, etc.
I had to chuckle yesterday when defensive end John Lorenzo posted the following from his home in Hialeah, Florida
Running’ Speed Drills =))))) — at South Beach. "Plough Deep While Sluggards Sleep".. Working hard to achieve what I want, SUCCESS is my only option. #NoExcuses!
BTW - Lorenzo started his college football career at Mount Union!
Me thinks the team is ready to get “back at it” for another run at the WIAC title and return to the NCAA Division III playoffs.
