It is Wednesday and the UW-Whitewater football team is now midway through week-one of 2011 training camp.
The Warhawks will hold will be holding its first evening practice of the preseason tonight inside Perkins Stadium. It is also the final practice restricted to helmets and shoulder pads.
On Thursday the Hawks will be in full pads for the first time.
A reminder - the Warhawks will hold its first scrimmage of the preseason on Saturday vs. Harper College (3 to 5 p.m.) inside Perkins Stadium.
The teams will hold a joint practice Saturday morning at 10 a.m.
